This morning, while double-checking a word-usage issue, I tripped across my own personal heaven. I’m sorry if you had other plans for today, because… vocab quiz! Even though I know this site plays on several of my weaknesses, I just cannot resist that “Next Question” button. In other news, I had meant to post a cat picture today. Site Issue

Last week, for some reason I’ve yet to determine, the file manager I was using to allow downloads on megsilver.com completely disappeared from existence, taking all downloadable files with it. I’m still trying to untangle what happened, although it’s not much of a mystery. WordPress updated on its own, and *poof* I hope to have the issue resolved with a less disappeary solution early this week, and I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Happy Crawlidays

Guess what I got for Thanksgiving? Some kind of flu-like bug I’m affectionately referring to as Ogehntmasswitis. (Oh-God-everything-hurts-nobody-touch-me-and-stop-saying-words-itis) And okay, the devil bug actually hit on Wednesday; not in a hair-splitting place, today. Is anyone really surprised at the timing? The kittens go, and BAM, I’m sick. Shocker. But hey, I slept through all of Thursday, so at least I didn’t overeat, yeah? I triaged the inbox; things are still a bit deep in there. The most urgent things should have answers by now, but if I missed you, prod me again, please. Here’s hoping everyone had a safe and less buggy holiday! Any black Friday drama to report?

Big news around here this weekend… Thanks to the delightful Audrey Lusk, Fantasy Heights will be coming to you in audio! I’d about given up hope that this would ever happen, so this is fantastic. In other news, no one is allowed to be interesting this week, or even look at me in a friendly fashion until these revisions are finished and Hellfire gets sent to the beta team.
