Eightman is currently with the beta team, and then it’ll go to the proofreader, so we should have a release before too terribly long. I’m away from the office, and today I’m drafting the episode description… on my phone’s notepad app. I wish you could see and hear me during this process. It’s sort of like trying to get a tiny, tiny cat to manage a fireworks display. (I do frustration SO well.) Anyway, those of you on the contest list should mind your inboxes. Emma will be hooking you up with something fun later today. Have a great one.

(Prepare yourselves: I’m about to show off my craptastical skills with the camera phone.) Have I mentioned lately that I have the best readers in the history of ever? One of them — *cough* RHONDA *cough* — knows how to make me smile. I am a total nail-polish freak. This question has hit my inbox three times already: Q. What do you think about Kindle Unlimited? Should I sign up? A. At this point, I have the luxury of hanging back and watching others do all the nitpicking and speculating. Have I rushed to sign up for a trial? No. Will I sign up for a trial? Maybe to explore a reader’s experience of the service, but it’s not a service I myself would use. My TBR pile is ginormous enough the way it is, thank you very much. From a supplier standpoint, I don’t know. I have never experimented with Kindle Select (a requirement to ‘get into’ Kindle… Read More
