Woot-Loops

So. This will be a thing, very soon. We tabled another longer project in favor of the Calais County series of novella-length naughtiness. Secret society, ritual, you get the idea. This swap should keep everyone smiling until we’re ready to roll with FH Season 2. Gentleman’s Privilege is the novella with the name-challenged hero, by the way. I’m still revising bigger issues so I haven’t made a decision yet, and now of course I just found out that Mr. Silver is coming home unexpectedly so I have zero attention span to assist with my very, very long to-do list today. Have a great weekend!

Name Blame

Once again, we need to change a character’s name at the eleventh hour… This time, we’re renaming a hero. He is currently named Troy Marshall. First name needs to go, surname remains the same. He’s dark haired, dark-eyed, very rich, very powerful in business and not the most easy-going guy in the world. He’s just ascended to the corporate throne and takes his future role of family patriarch very seriously. Thank You for 2013

So. 2013 happened. I owe a lot of gratitude to a lot of people, but mostly I want to thank the readers who provided a silver lining through a difficult year for me personally. Without everyone’s enthusiasm and support, my sudden pseudo-single-parenthood might have forced me to shutter the writing until our family can be intact again, so when I say “you have no idea how much reader support means to me”… Well, it does matter. A lot. And I thank you for putting some YES in 2013. Here’s to a much more peaceful 2014!

Santa, About Those Teeth…

Good morning! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I certainly did — Mr. Silver surprised me by coming home three days earlier than planned (hence my utter disappearance Friday). In other news, thank you to the lovely Sara over at Kayla the Bibliophile. She’s always so enthusiastic about books, and she put together a nice review of The Nights Of Yes. Also, thanks to Sara, if you’d like to learn more about me than you ever wanted to know, head on over there to read this Dare To Tell The Truth interview. This is probably the last time I’ll post before Christmas, so let me take this time to… Read More
